Our Commitment
ClarifyADA designs and builds websites intended to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology. This site — clarifyada.com — is itself built and tested to that same standard.
Standards We Follow
We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a widely recognized technical standard referenced by the Department of Justice as guidance for web accessibility, though it is not itself a legal certification of ADA compliance.
Ongoing Measures
This site undergoes regular automated scanning and periodic manual review. Changes to content and code are logged as part of our own internal practice, consistent with the documentation approach we build for our clients.
Known Limitations
No website is perfectly accessible at all times. We are aware that some third-party embedded tools (if used on this site) may not fully meet our own standards, and we work to test and remediate what we can, and that new content added between review cycles may introduce issues before they’re caught. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time achievement.
